Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise that has the original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. In the case of a trunk show or other live event purchase, 14 days from the date of purchase.

We only accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased through Merchandise purchased at boutiques or other online stores must be returned or exchanged at those locations.

Merchandise not purchased through will be returned to you.

Merchandise returned outside of the 14 days of the delivery date window will be returned to you.

Items received as a gift may be exchanged or issued a merchandise credit within 30 days of the purchase date. When returning the item, please indicate the item was a gift and provide the full name of the person who placed the order along with any additional details such as the giver's address or the original order number. 

Please notify us immediately at if items appear to be damaged or defective.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please read all conditions. If conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.


Please Follow These Steps To Make A Return:

Return unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise with the original tags attached to the address listed below via an insured mailing service and retain the tracking number for your reference. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Insert a copy of the original packing slip and indicate the reason for the return next to each item you are returning. Please be as specific as possible. If an item is defective or damaged, please provide details. 

Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming your return has been processed and the refund amount. To ensure receipt of this email, please add to your e-mail address book. A refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 – 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please email us at only if you would like to exchange your merchandise for a different size, style or color within 14 days of the delivery date (or, in the case of a trunk show or other live sales event, 14 days from purchase date). You must include your full name, address and original order number in the exchange request. Please indicate the new size and/or style of the item for which you would like to exchange your original purchase. Your new item will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your original purchase. 

Final sale items may not be exchanged.
