Returns and Exchanges

If Received Within 14 Days of the Original Delivery Date

We are pleased to offer Free Returns within 14 days of the original delivery date. After 14 days, a restocking fee of $7.00 per item will be deducted from your refund.

For a free return your return label must be scanned at the drop off facility within 14 days of your original delivery date. You will receive a refund back to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take 7-10 days to process your refund.

If Received Within 15-60 Days of the Original Delivery Date

You will receive an electronic gift card equal to the original purchase price, less original shipping charges, if any. A $7.00 per item restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns Past 60 Days

Returns past 60 days of the original delivery date will not be processed and these items will not be returned to you. Please do not ship these items to our warehouse.

Final Sale

Items marked final sale may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of the original delivery date. A restocking fee of $7.00 per item will be deducted from your store credit. After 14 days, final sale items may not be returned for any reason.

Sample Sale

Items marked sample sale may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Please do not return these items to our warehouse; returns of samples will not be processed and the item will not be returned to you.

Need to Exchange An Item?

If you need to exchange an item, please place a new order and send back your original order as a return. All exchanges are subject to availability. Exchanges will not be processed for FINAL SALE merchandise.

Items Received as a Gift

Items received as a gift may be exchanged or issued a merchandise credit within 30 days of the purchase date. When returning the item, please indicate that the item was a gift and provide the full name of the person who placed the order along with any additional details such as the giver's address or the original order number. Exchanges are subject to availability. Gifts of FINAL SALE merchandise may not be exchanged or returned. 

Please Follow These Steps To Make A Return:

Email your return request to Be sure to include your original order number and the reason for the return request (fit, style, damage, changed mind). If your return meets the above criteria, you will be issued a return authorization and a postage-paid return label will be provided to you via email. 

Return unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise with the original tags attached using the postage-paid return label that is provided to you via email. Retain the tracking number for your reference. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

Insert a copy of the original packing slip and indicate the reason for the return next to each item you are returning. Please be as specific as possible. If an item is defective or damaged, please provide details. 

Drop the return package at the carrier's local office or call your carrier to arrange a pick up at your location. Please note that uses UPS, Fed Ex and USPS for returns. Check your return label to determine the carrier. 

Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming your return has been processed and the refund amount. To ensure receipt of this email, please add to your e-mail address book. A refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
