How can I check the status of an order?

When your order is successfully placed, we'll send you a confirmation email. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the tracking number for your package. If you have created an account, you can also login any time to view the status of any of your recent orders. 

How do I care for my Kaeli Smith items?

Our dresses, tops and bottoms are very easy to care for and should give you many years of exceptional wear. We recommend that you machine wash in cold water separately using the gentle cycle. Remove from the washer promptly, then tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softener on your garments and do not dry clean. A cool iron may be used if necessary. 

How do I use a Gift Card or Discount Code?

Enter the Gift Card Certificate Number or the Discount Code in the Discount field on the final checkout page.  The amount of the gift card or the appropriate discount will be applied towards your order. Only one discount code may be used per transaction. 

What if I have a concern with an item I have purchased from KaeliSmith.com?

It's important to us that our customers be 100% satisfied with their shopping experience. Should you have a concern with an item you have purchased from us, we will do our best to resolve it to your complete satisfaction. Please refer to our return policy for further details. 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours after processing, except Sundays. For domestic shipping, you may expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days. Should you need your item sooner, please select "Express Shipping" at checkout. In most cases, these orders are delivered to you within 2-3 business days, depending on your location.  

Will you ship internationally?

Please email us at service@kaelismith.com for international or APO shipping information. International shipping costs are determined based on your location and availability of shipping service options. 

Interested in a style or size that's not available?

At Kaeli Smith, we're always adding new prints and/or styles to our collection. If you see a print or style you like, but your particular size or color is not available online, please contact us at service@kaelismith.com and we'll do everything possible to meet your needs. 

How do I cancel my order?

We're sorry to hear that you'd like to cancel an order, but we understand that sometimes "life happens". If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at service@kaelismith.com and include your name, shipping address, phone number and original order number. Cancellations may be accepted within 7 days of original order date, provided the items have not yet been shipped. Once items have shipped, please refer to our return policy if you wish to return or exchange your item.

I purchased an item and it's since been reduced. May I have a credit?

Upon request, we will honor a sales allowance for items that are reduced in price or placed on sale within 7 days of your purchase. Please email us at service@kaelismith.com with details of your purchase and to request a sales allowance.
